Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
We do not accept returns for opened bottles, testers, or used items.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost.
